摘要:隨著電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)設(shè)備的安全性、可靠性要求越來(lái)越高。在這種條件下,高壓設(shè)備的無(wú)線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。這種技術(shù)是將內(nèi)置電池或電流感應(yīng)和無(wú)線發(fā)射模塊的測(cè)溫傳感器安裝于各測(cè)溫點(diǎn),由于其體積小,且無(wú)需任何接線,其電氣安全性可以得到保證。傳感器周期性的將測(cè)溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)無(wú)線發(fā)送至接收單元,接收單元可聯(lián)網(wǎng)將數(shù)據(jù)送至主站,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)區(qū)域系統(tǒng)的電氣溫度監(jiān)測(cè)。

Abstract: With the development power industry,the requirements for the safety and reliability of equipment are getting higher and higher. In this situation,ACREL wireless temperature monitoring system is designed for high voltage device. This technology is to install the temperature sensor with built-in battery or temperature sensor by current sensing and wireless transmitter module at each temperature measurement point. The sensor periodically sends the temperature measurement data wireless to the receiving unit, and the receiving unit can be connected to the network to send the data to the master station, thereby realizing electrical temperature monitoring of a regional system.

This article introduce wireless monitoring system used in substations in Netherlands.

1.當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀 Current Status

多年來(lái),由于技術(shù)水平的限制,雖然曾利用紅外測(cè)溫儀、紅外成像儀、感溫電纜、傳統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)式測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)希望解決上述問(wèn)題,但都無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)如斷路器、刀閘聯(lián)接點(diǎn)和觸頭測(cè)溫。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)電力測(cè)溫主要應(yīng)用紅外點(diǎn)測(cè)儀和光纖測(cè)溫儀,而在線方式由于無(wú)法解決高壓絕緣問(wèn)題,所以高壓開(kāi)關(guān)的觸點(diǎn)等空間有限的電氣設(shè)備基本上都是處于*無(wú)監(jiān)控的狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行,存在重大安全隱患。

For many years, due to the limitations of the technical level, although infrared thermometer, infrared imager, temperature sensing cable, traditional point-type temperature measurement system have been used to solve the above problems, but can not achieve the switch cabinet such as circuit breaker, the connection point and contact temperature measurement. 安科瑞在線測(cè)溫裝置適用于高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)內(nèi)線纜街頭,斷路器觸頭,高壓線纜中間頭,低壓大電流等設(shè)備的溫度檢測(cè),防止在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中因氧化,松動(dòng)等因素造成接點(diǎn)接觸電阻過(guò)大而發(fā)熱成為安全隱患,及時(shí),持續(xù)及準(zhǔn)確反映設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài),提供設(shè)備安全性。
